My Job: John is the Senior Attorney of the Mansfield Law Group and began his practice in January of 1993. He is passionate about defending those who are at a disadvantage in defending themselves, many of whom are immigrants that are socio-economically, educationally, culturally, linguistically, and financially challenged. John now splits his time between his offices in Cary, NC and Southern California.
Honors & Awards: Mr. Mansfield was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in December of 1992 and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1997 and won numerous cases. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for the last 15 years.
Education: Mr. Mansfield received a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 1984. He earned a J.D. in 1990 from National University School of Law (now, Thomas Jefferson School of Law) in San Diego, California.
